i bought two of these. im new to pop pop boats but watched some online videos on how they work and had to try it myself.
i bought the mini ones cuz theyre cheap and have a rudder. winter is in full force here in michigan and im filling my tub for these.
anyway. im glad i got two. one works great. the other one has a small leak in the boiler seal. so it dont work at all.
but im not too upset. it was only $5 after all.
im keeping it as i have a friend that is pretty handy with a soldering tool and i may be able to get it goin soon.
i LOVE the one that works! filled the boiler set it in the tub and put in the candle and in a few seconds…off it went with that fun lil putt putt sound. woooooo! and it is pretty quick too for such a lil guy.
even tho one is defective. i plan to get more pop pops. next will be bigger, maybe the cruise boat or the colorful lil tug. heck maybe the titanic….
these are just too much fun and im glad i got them.
